Nexus Group Trade Services is the business taking enquiries. The owners must confirm the responsible legal entity, privacy contact and applicable obligations before this notice is finalised.
What the enquiry asks for
The intended live form collects a name, service selection, suburb or postcode, a description, preferred timeframe and preferred contact details. A photograph is optional. An exact street address is not required at this stage.
Please avoid including identity documents, payment details or other information unrelated to the job. Only share a photograph you are authorised to provide.
Why the information is needed
The intended use is to understand the proposed work, respond to the enquiry and discuss a quote or next steps. The form does not sign you up to a marketing list.
The proposed form provider
Web3Forms is the provisional provider for live submissions and email forwarding. It has not been configured in this default preview. Once enabled, information would be processed by that provider and the business’s chosen email service, including possible processing outside Australia.
The provider’s current policy allows submission retention of up to three years, subject to plan terms and earlier deletion. The owners must review those terms and select a suitable retention and deletion process. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
When enabled for live enquiries, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical browser and request information to help prevent spam. That security widget is not loaded in the default preview.
Storage, access and retention
The owners must confirm who can access enquiries, where business copies are stored, how long they are kept, and how requests for access, correction or deletion are handled. These arrangements are awaiting owner review.
Website analytics
No analytics service is active in this preview. Optional event hooks have been prepared for quote starts, provider-accepted submissions and phone-link clicks. They contain no enquiry information. Any tracking service requires a separate approval and an updated notice.
